About
In the late 1970s, as political turmoil grips Ankara, Faruk returns home wounded after posting illegal flyers. As the consequences close in on his family, his mother Mutal’s quiet resolve shields them from a climate of fear on the cusp of Turkey’s 1980 military coup.
